Travelreport from Barcelona, Spain

Hola!

Right now I am in Barcelona, Spain. I went here thursday and was supposed to go home tuesday but I am still here. Of course because the volcano thingy on Iceland. So I bought a new ticket with Spanair to Stockholm on saturday... expensive ..but whatever soon home.

I came here to visit my friend Kristina who work and live here in Barceloneta. Really nice to meet her and all here nice friends! We have been partying and experienced Barcelonas nightlife of course and I can say that I really like the skybar W. Its such a clichee but who doesnt loves skylines?? With the nightlife the best thing here is that they play the greatest house/ techno music which I consider the most important thing for a good country / city to party in. I wish Sweden could appreciate good DJ:s more, we have a few extremly good like Swedish House Mafia and so on, but many so called ordinary swedish people I meet are so f**king lame and say that "electronic music" is bad music and they want go out and listen to " old classics and sing along hits" usch.....

But ok, what else about Barca? Been here before with my mum so already seen all tourist-stuff like Gaudi architecture and Mont Juic , museums and so on, see it if you come here, everything that Gaudi has done is good. This second time I came to chill and hang out with my friends. Thats what I have been doing and it has been very fun! We went to the beach and I got burned which sucks but not possible to avoid for an ordinary sun and tanning crazy swede. The weather is obviously better , sunnier and warmer than Sweden, so thats nice. They said that the winter is back again in Sthlm again with snow :( So from tiny bikini to big fat fur is that what your tying to tell me?

I said I wasnt supposed to shop anything but..... I kinda have to.... sorry! Have to! Sephora my make-up heaven can easily spend hours in there and look at all beautyproducts. I am a Beauty-junkie. Right now I stay at my friend Emilys place in El Born and 2nite we gonna take our new looooong thick blonde barbie-hair and party at the nightclub Suitton :)

I have studied a little bit since I Have missed a lot of important stuff back home :(((( But as I am stuck here to saturday I have to enjoy life here also. "sleep when I am dead, study when I am at home"

Another funny thing, I happend to read a blog and then I saw that she had put up the pictures from when I was working as a gridgirl last autumn.... so fun!! I am the blondie in the middle ;)
